Substitute Nurses
Our school district is in need of substitute nurses for the health rooms. Most health rooms require a morning and lunch medication pass. Students report to the health rooms at their designated time for medication administration. Parents and the health care provider must complete the Permission for Medication form for all prescribed medications prior to medication administration. Medications are to be kept in a locked medication cart located in the health rooms.
